Early 90's the Lord showed His servant Bishop Wilfred Lai a vision of thousands of people from all races in oneness worshiping God. The Spirit of God led Him to one of the temples in Mombasa City and the Lord showed him how the heathen worship their gods of wood, metals and other earthly materials. At the entrance as the worshipers were leaving, he could clearly see the idols at the front of the temple and the decoration done on them. The wall behind was covered with gold. From there, Bishop Lai knew what he needed to do; build a beautiful magnificent sanctuary where thousands will worship.
The church stands on a 24 acre plot in Bamburi, north of Mombasa, 15 kilometers from Buxton. With no pillars, the magnificent Cathedral is the size of a standard football pitch and has a capacity to hold 30,000 worshipers. It is the only Glass cathedral in the region. This palatial structure is not for man but for the Lord. Many will run here and be saved.

ReplyDeleteI have not yet been one. The born again Christians are the most ignorant or better still careless followers.
How do allow ourselves to worship in this kind of ill designed halls some almost falling with big opening (mianya).
Shame on us.
